Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Summit Window Washing, we provide professional, high-quality window cleaning while being upfront about what you can expect. Our goal is to deliver excellent results and clear communication every time.

Scheduling & Pricing

  • Services are scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

  • Recurring services require a commitment to 3 consecutive appointments to qualify for discounts:

    • 10% off every 4 weeks

    • 15% off every 2 weeks

  • Prices vary based on the size, complexity, and specific needs of each job. Contact us for a free estimate.
    If you find a competitor offering lower prices for the same service, we will match it whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible:

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee

  • 12–48 hours’ notice: $25 cancellation fee applies

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice: Full-service fee may apply

Local Water & Service Limitations

  • The water in Los Alamos and White Rock contains high levels of minerals, including silicates, which can chemically bond to glass over time. This can create permanent mineral stains or deposits that cannot always be removed.

  • Hard water stains, paint, silicone, construction residue, or other heavy debris may require extra work and complete removal is not guaranteed.

  • Access limitations (locked gates, blocked windows) or extreme weather may also affect cleaning.

Commitment to Satisfaction

We strive to deliver excellent results. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours. We will:

  • Re-clean affected areas at no extra charge

  • Offer credit toward a future service

  • Depending on the size of job and services offered, issue a full refund.

Note: Some mineral deposits or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable, even with professional cleaning.

Liability

  • Summit Window Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues outside our control.

  • Clients are responsible for structural concerns or inaccessible areas.

  • We carry insurance where required but cannot guarantee total prevention of property damage or accidents.

Acknowledgment

  • By booking services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  • For commercial or large residential jobs, we may ask clients to sign a simple acknowledgment.

  • For smaller jobs, a confirmation email (“I understand and agree”) is sufficient.
