Refund Policy

At Summit Window Washing, we aim to provide the highest level of satisfaction to all our clients. However, as we offer professional services, the nature of our business limits the ability to provide refunds once a service has been performed. Please read the following terms regarding our refund policy:

1. Refunds for Services

Refunds are generally not provided after services have been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with the work done, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve any concerns or issues regarding the quality of service.

2. Requests for Refunds

If you feel a refund is warranted due to a mistake or failure in the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours after the service completion. Your request should include a detailed description of your concerns, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, if we are unable to fully meet the agreed-upon scope of service, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions affecting the quality of service

  • Pre-existing conditions such as damaged windows or surfaces that could not be cleaned properly

  • Access issues (e.g., locked areas, unscheduled changes in the appointment)
