Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Summit Window Washing, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality window cleaning services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to being transparent about our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and service limitations.

 

1. Service Scheduling & Recurring Appointments
  • All services will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time between Summit Window Washing and the client.

  • Clients booking recurring services must commit to a minimum of 3 consecutive appointments to qualify for any discounted rates (10% off every 4 weeks, 15% off every 2 weeks).

 

2. Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone's time and resources, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 7 days’ notice: No penalty

  • 24 hours to 7 days’ notice: $25 cancellation fee

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full service fee will be charged

 

3. Provider Cancellation

Summit Window Washing may need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unexpected events such as illness, unsafe weather, or equipment issues. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule at a convenient time—with no penalty or fees to the client.

 

4. Limitations & Disclaimers
  • Hard water stain removal and heavy debris removal (e.g., paint, silicone, construction residue) are not included in the standard service and may require additional fees.

  • Complete removal of such materials is not guaranteed.

  • Summit Window Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows or surrounding property.

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or access limitations (locked gates, construction, etc.).

 

5. Refund Policy

a. Refunds for Services

Refunds are generally not issued once a service has been completed. However, client satisfaction is a top priority, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

b. Reporting Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We’ll evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution.

c. Partial Refunds or Credits

In cases where the full scope of agreed service could not be completed, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future appointment.

 

6. Refund Exclusions

Refunds or credits will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-existing damage to windows or surfaces

  • Areas that were inaccessible during service (e.g., locked doors, blocked access)

  • Extreme weather conditions affecting cleaning quality
